(Naples, FL) – PBS Construction was awarded three renovation projects through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), headed up by the Collier County Housing and Human Services Department in the Public Services Division.                  

The NSP is a program designed to purchase foreclosed homes and create affordable housing opportunities under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act signed by President George Bush in July 2008.  

Collier County purchased the foreclosed homes and once renovations are complete, the homes will be sold to income-qualified families. NSP mandates ensure that the property must be sold at no profit.  

The homes are located at 4910 42nd Street NE; 3765 29th Avenue NE; and 2560 47th Avenue NE. The projects, run by project manager, Mario Valle, include wall and flooring repairs, new paint and carpeting as well as cabinetry repairs.
