PBS completes renovations at W. Harmon Turner Administration Building
(Naples, FL) – PBS Construction has completed renovations on four floors of the W. Harmon Turner Administration Building.
Lobby renovations were the first project to be completed, with repairs, a fresh coat of paint and a new ceiling. Three floors opened up as the Office of Clerk of Courts Records Department and State Attorney’s Office relocated to the newly completed Collier County Courthouse Annex and the Board of County Commissioners Real Property Management Department relocated to Building W. The Clerk of Courts Minutes and Records Department remained on the 4th floor throughout the renovation and continues to occupy the same space.
The renovation included complete demolition of three floors that were refinished with an open floor plan for more flexible work environment. During construction, mechanical systems were upgraded and reconfigured for maximum efficiency. Stephen Jordan, PBS’ project manager completed the project in phases over three months, giving priority to departments that needed to relocate first.
In the W. Harmon Turner Administration Building, Collier County residents can find:
· 4th Floor: Clerk of Courts Finance Department, which recently relocated from leased space in Court Plaza III on Airport Pulling Road; Clerk of Courts Minutes and Records Department.
· 6th Floor: Board of County Commissioners Information Technology Department, which also relocated from leased space on S. Horseshoe Drive.
· 7th Floor: Clerk of Courts Finance and MIS Departments.
