PBS Construction has been 1 of 5 contractors on Collier County’s ‘Short-List’ of pre-qualified contractors for nine years.
To be selected, contractors must undergo an extensive qualification process where they are evaluated on project experience, personnel experience, references, responsiveness and a history of completing projects on time and within budget. Projects completed under this contract vary from repairing a boardwalk on the beach, to historical restorations, to office renovations and buildouts. Any type of project under $500,000.
