PBS Construction began our relationship with M&I Bank with a 6,100 square foot branch in Colony Plaza. The branch was modeled after their first branch in Pelican Bay. It features superior levels of finish such as polished granite counters, brushed nickel fixtures, marble floors, rich oak trim and cabinetry. Construction was completed in three months.
PBS was later called back to complete a renovation of the 5,000sft Pelican Bay Branch. The base project itself was simple, replacing wall-coverings and flooring. However, special measures had to be taken so that the office could remain open and more importantly M&I Bank could ensure complete confidentiality for their clients.
With Southwest Florida representing a growing market for M&I Bank, they opened three additional branch offices in 2006. PBS was contracted to renovate the new offices in Marco Island, Naples and Bonita Springs.
