PBS is an active member of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and we are proud to have been selected as the Construction Manager for the buildout of The Chamber Building.
The first phase included the construction of 4,000sf of administrative offices, featuring a classic reception area, sixteen offices, a conference room, a break room and a storage room.
Phase two, completed in February 2005, included the 3,000sf Visitor Information Center. The new world-class facility features: manned information booths, kiosks, LCD touch-screen display units, a wall mural with video display, static banners, brochure displays, a wall map with touch-screen display units and is finished off with a high-tech open grid ceiling and German flagstone flooring. This buildout involved an extensive network of electrical and fiber optic wiring to support the high tech displays. Construction was completed in three months.
