Mario Valle, LEED AP Project Manager
Mario Valle, LEED AP, is a Project Manager for Professional Building Systems. He is responsible for the day-to-day construction activity of projects including the planning, estimating, subcontractor negotiations, scheduling and financial controls.
A graduate of Florida State University, Mario is licensed as a Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker and a Residential Contractor in the State of Florida.
Prior to joining Professional Building Systems, Mario served as the President of a residential construction firm in Golden Gate Estates. During that time Mario oversaw as many as 50 projects at a time, in various stages of design and construction.
With his talent for handling multiple projects, Mario was named Project Executive for all tenant improvement projects at the Ave Maria Town Center. The first projects began while the jobsite was still a closed jobsite. Mario complied with stringent Owner Controlled Insurance (OCIP) standards. He has developed a unique perspective on the intricacies of building class “A” space in the occupied buildings at Ave Maria. In his tenure, he has completed projects including: Lutgert Insurance, Saint John Vianney Visitors Center, Ave Maria University Bookstore, EPN Urgent Care, The Secret Ingredient, The Bean of Ave Maria, Beckner Jewelry & Repairs, Ave Maria Utilities, Island Bike Shop, Tropical Smoothie, Club Car, Legatus, and Ave Maria Development.
A strong community activist, Mario was appointed by Governor Bush and by Governor Christ to serve as a Commissioner on the Commission for Human Relations of the State of Florida. Mario serves as the Vice Chair on the Naples MS Walk for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a position he has held for five years. He is a past-President of the Golden Gate Estates Civic Association and was Vice-Chair for Collier County’s Affordable Housing Advisory Board. In 2004 Mario graduated from Leadership Collier and was named to Gulfshore Business Magazine’s 40 under 40.
An avid sportsman, Mario plays goalie on a local soccer league. Originally from Bolivia, Mario has settled in Naples with his wife, Terry, and their daughter Jessica.

Stephen Jordan, LEED AP Project Manager
Stephen Jordan, LEED AP is a Project Manager for Professional Building Systems. He is responsible for the day-to-day construction activity of projects assigned to him including the planning, estimating, subcontractor negotiations, scheduling and financial controls.
Stephen recently graduated from Hodges University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He was able to graduate with honors while working full-time at PBS. He is now pursuing his general contractor license.
Stephen worked his way up to Project Manager, starting as an assistant superintendent on the 30,000sft Blessed Pope John XXIII Roman Catholic Church. He has demonstrated a natural ability to manage a jobsite, coordinate subcontractors and build strong relationships with his clients.
He is versed in all aspects of tenant improvement projects. He has specialized in office and retail tenant improvement and renovation projects for the Collier County Government as well as Lund Capital Group in the Collier Park of Commerce. He recently completed projects for Estero Martial Arts and Fitness, Mattress Giant and Nail Colors in Estero Town Commons. In addition to office and retail projects, Stephen routinely gets assigned to specialty projects like the construction of multiple bus shelters, boardwalks and boat ramps.
Stephen’s experience in the field has taught him creative ways to meet and exceed customer expectations. He was awarded an Outstanding Service Award for his work with the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. He is accredited through the United States Green Building Council as a LEED AP. He was also recently accepted to GAIN - Growing Associates in Naples - a leadership development program through the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce.
Beyond the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their dog. They can usually be found at the beach, fishing or boating.

Mary Hernandez Production Office Manager
Mary Bailey is the Production Office Manager for Professional Building Systems. She coordinates bids, reviews permit packages and supports the Project Managers in the day-to-day management of construction projects.
Prior to joining Professional Building Systems, Mary worked in Michigan in administration and sales support. She has completed Dale Carnegie Sales Training, Six Sigma Quality Initiative Training, Customer Service Certification and is a commissioned Notary Public. She brings over ten years of administrative and sales support experience.

Mary also helped improve the company’s bidding process. She manages bid packages through our website, where subcontractors can pull all plans and specifications. She assisted in the creation of a workbook that maintains all bidding documents, so that project managers can more easily analyze proposals for completeness.
In her role, Mary helps the Project Managers in the review of technical specifications of inquiry packages, as well as the gathering and preparation of routine estimating data. She also acts as a liaison among the owners, architects, subcontractors, project management and other company departments.
Mary has been a long-time supporter of the Susan G. Koman Foundation. She has participated in multiple fundraising and Breast Cancer Awareness events in Michigan and Florida.
Beyond the office, Mary enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their dog outdoors or at the beach.

Gary has managed the sites for multiple million dollar projects including the Iona Hope Episcopal Church, St. Columbkille Education Building and the Blessed Pope John XXIII Church. He is currently managing a 20,000sft industrial retrofit for Conditioned Air.
Gary began his career as a carpenter and has more than 35 years of construction experience. He has a wide range of experience on medical, retail and institutional jobs varying in size and complexity from $50,000 to $8 million.
He is most proud of a historical restoration of Rosemont College’s main building in Philadelphia. Half of the 50,000square-foot building was brought back to its original 1900’s state and the other half was renovated for administrative offices. Brick enjoyed uncovering the history the building as he restored its unique and intricate details.
Gary is a sportsman; he enjoys golf, hockey, football and basketball.

As a Superintendent for Professional Building Systems, Dennis is assigned to Ave Maria. He is managing multiple tenant improvements in La Piazza, Ave Maria's Town Center. Projects include Ave Maria University's Visitor Center, Sanibel Bean, The Secret Ingredient, Follet Bookstore, Island Bike Shop. He will also be managing the Ave Maria University Fitness Center.
Dennis brings extensive experience as both a general contractor and a drywall subcontractor to PBS. Locally, he has worked on premier projects such as multi-family housing at the Vineyards as well as the International Design Center. In New Jersey, Dennis was a Superintendent on prominent projects such as the Atlantic City Public Works Building, Shore Memorial Cancer Center as well as the Atlantic City Convention Center Historical Restoration.
Dennis and his family are pioneers, as one of the first families to move into the town of Ave Maria. He enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and their five kids. He is also active in sports, coaching his son on the Tiny Mights in Immokalee's Pop Warner Football League as well as helping organize a Little League Baseball team for the children living in Ave Maria.

Ken is responsible for the day-to-day direct on-site field supervision of our tenant improvement projects. Working for PBS, he has completed a variety of tenant improvement projects in the Bank of America Building, the M&I Bank Building and the Wachovia Bank Building. He recently completed a build out for Hahn, Loeser and Parks Law Office. He is currently working on the Collier County Primary Data Center, a specialized tenant improvement with extensive mechanical and computer safeguarding specifications.
Prior to joining PBS in 2004, Ken worked in Naples as a Superintendent/Project Manager for a drywall and plastering subcontractor. In that role he completed major projects such as the Fowler Company Office Building, The Ritz Carlton Beach Resort, The Ritz Carlton Golf Lodge, the Hilton Naples and Towers, as well as several multi-million dollar residential homes. He also remodeled John Knox Village, a 17-story high-rise building in Pompano Beach.
Ken and his wife Kay enjoy boating and caring for their two shitsu puppies, Petey and Abby.

Gary is currently assigned to multiple tenant build out projects at the Collection at Vanderbilt. He recently completed to major built out projects for American Renal Associates, one in Naples and one in Bradenton. He has become familiar with the intricate details associated with specialized medical offices.
Gary brings 40 years of construction experience to PBS. Prior to joining Professional Building Systems, Gary worked with our sister company Wall Systems for over ten years. He has managed projects ranging in size from tenant build out through the multi-phase 300 unit Best Western Hotel and Suites.
