Bart Zino, LEED AP
President
Bart Zino, LEED AP, is the President of Professional Building Systems. He provides the leadership and strategic planning to advance the company’s mission and objectives. He oversees company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost effective management of resources.
Bart is a licensed Certified Building Contractor in the state of Florida. Prior to relocating to Florida in 1997, Bart’s previous experience includes twenty plus years in construction and remodeling in New York. With this extensive background, Bart is able to develop preliminary project cost opinions; sometimes for projects that are not much more than a thought in the client’s head. Then he brings the project to up from the ground, exceeding client expectations for quality, budget and time constraints.
In Naples, Bart has been associated with the construction of Seacrest Country Day School Campus Expansion which includes the Technology and Resource Center, the Student Services Building, the Middle School Classroom Building and the Gymnasium. He also managed the construction of Collier County’s Domestic Animal Shelter, a 50,000 square-foot Truss Plant for Naples Lumber; the Johnson Office Building, Kelly, Passidomo, Alba & Cassner, and M&I Bank. In Fort Myers, Bart has completed the Edison Park Shopping Center Renovation, the Sandpiper Gulf Resort Renovation, the 38,000sft Blessed Pope John XXIII Roman Catholic Church, and the St. Columbkille Iona Hall and Education Facility.
Zino is currently pursuing his LEED Accredited Professional Designation. He is a graduate of Leadership Collier class of 2007 and serves on Collier County’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Zino has also served on committees for Drug Free Collier and was recently appointed to the Collier County Hunger and Homeless Coalition Board of Directors. He has also volunteered for the Immokalee Friendship House, Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall Community Event, and the North Naples Little League.
Bart is devoted to his wife Pam and their three sons.

Cyndee Woolley, APR
Director of Corporate Communications
As Director of Corporate Communications for Professional Building Systems, Cyndee's primary responsibility is to manage the firm’s marketing and public relations efforts.
Originally from Naples, Cyndee earned her Associates in Arts Degree from Edison Community College where she was an active member in Phi Theta Kappa. She moved to Pensacola to continue her education at the University of West Florida. In December of 2000, Cyndee graduated from UWF with her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and was inducted in the honor society Phi Kappa Phi. She is an Accredited Public Relations Professional (APR) through the Public Relations Society of America. This designation
Cyndee is responsible for the planning and coordination of the company’s marketing plan and budget. She manages the client database, general market research, graphic design and layout, copy writing, proposal packages, and represents the company at association events. She also coordinates company and client events. She acts as a liaison among the owners, contractors, project management, and other company departments.
The firm also utilizes Cyndee’s talents to help clients in their public relations and fundraising efforts during and after construction. She assists clients in coordinating jobsite events, grand openings, press releases, photography and fundraising projects. Her efforts have resulted in print and television media coverage of several client events.
Cyndee is an active member of the Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising Professionals of Collier County (PRACC), where she is the immediate past President. She also serves as the President of Board of Directors for the Gulfcoast Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She is the incoming Chair of the 2009 Farm City BBQ, a local tradition that attracts nearly 1,000 people. Recently, she volunteered on the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk which raised over $50,000 to fund Breast Cancer support. She also volunteered on the Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall, an event that attracted nearly 30,000 Collier County Residents. She is the co-founder of CSIP, a networking group dedicated to sales professionals in the commercial construction industry. Her latest venture is to bring a Social Media Club to Southwest Florida.
Cyndee has been practicing martial arts for the past five years, however, her first priority is spending time with her daughter.
