Bart Zino
President
Bart Zino is the President of Professional Building Systems. He provides the leadership in establishing goals and strategic plans in all aspects of the business. Bart is personally involved in every phase of the firm's operations.
Bart is a licensed Certified Building Contractor in the state of Florida. Prior to relocating to Florida in 1997, Bart’s previous experience includes twenty plus years in construction and remodeling in New York. With this extensive background, Bart is able to develop preliminary project cost opinions; sometimes for projects that are not much more than a thought in the client’s head. Then he brings the project to up from the ground, exceeding client expectations for quality, budget and time constraints.
In Naples, Bart has been associated with the construction of Seacrest Country Day School Campus Expansion which includes the Technology and Resource Center, the Student Services Building, the Middle School Classroom Building and the Gymnasium. He also managed the construction of Collier County’s Domestic Animal Shelter, a 50,000 square-foot Truss Plant for Naples Lumber; the Johnson Office Building, and Naples Moving & Storage facility. In Fort Myers, Bart has completed the Edison Park Shopping Center Renovation, the Sandpiper Gulf Resort Renovation, the 38,000sft Blessed Pope John XXIII Roman Catholic Church, and the St. Columbkille Iona Hall and Education Facility.
Zino is currently pursuing his LEED Accredited Professional Designation. He is a graduate of Leadership Collier class of 2007 and serves on Collier County’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Zino has also served on committees for Drug Free Collier and was recently appointed to the Collier County Hunger and Homeless Coalition Board of Directors. He has also volunteered for the Immokalee Friendship House, Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall Community Event, and the North Naples Little League.
Bart is devoted to his wife Pam and their three sons.

Mathew Ross
Director of Business Development
Mathew Ross is the Director of Business Development for Professional Building Systems. In this position, he is responsible for developing new client accounts, strengthening existing accounts as well as promoting the firm through community involvement.
Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, Mathew began his career in Law Enforcement and security, with experience as a deputy sheriff and as a personal body guard. In 1989, Mathew transitioned into sales and management. As President of Procraft Industries, he expanded from one store to statewide sales. Mathew brings with him an extensive background in sales, marketing, construction, law enforcement and sports.
In his role with PBS, Mat is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. He is a facilitator that will help clients reach their goals by bringing together the missing pieces. Through his ongoing client relationship during the construction process, Mat will ensure that our clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded. Mathew has joined PBS with the goal of mastering the construction process from project inception to business opening. He is dedicated to helping the firm grow through relationships.
An avid sportsman, Mathew has been involved in a variety of coaching positions for nearly twenty years, volunteering countless hours to teaching children and adults the benefits of participation in youth sports. He is a certified coach in the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA), serves on the Board of Directors for the Sportsman’s Club Scholarships Fund, is on the Board of Directors for the North Naples Little League where he serves as Director of Player Development and is in charge of all coaches in the league.

Cyndee Woolley
Director of Corporate Communications
As Director of Corporate Communications for Professional Building Systems, Cyndee's primary responsibility is to manage the firm’s marketing and public relations efforts.
Originally from Naples, Cyndee earned her Associates in Arts Degree from Edison Community College where she was an active member in Phi Theta Kappa. She moved to Pensacola to continue her education at the University of West Florida. In December of 2000, Cyndee graduated from UWF with her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and was inducted in the honor society Phi Kappa Phi.
Cyndee is responsible for the planning and coordination of the company’s marketing plan and budget. She manages the client database, general market research, graphic design and layout, copy writing, proposal packages, and represents the company at association events. She also coordinates company and client events. She acts as a liaison among the owners, contractors, project management, and other company departments.
The firm also utilizes Cyndee’s talents to help clients in their public relations and fundraising efforts during and after construction. She assists clients in coordinating jobsite events, grand openings, press releases, photography and fundraising projects. Her efforts have resulted in print and television media coverage of several client events.
Cyndee is an active member of the Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising Professionals of Collier County (PRACC), where she is the immediate past President. She also serves as the President of Board of Directors for the Gulfcoast Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She is the incoming Chair of the 2009 Farm City BBQ, a local tradition that attracts nearly 1,000 people. Recently, she volunteered on the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk which raised over $50,000 to fund Breast Cancer support. She also volunteered on the Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall, an event that attracted nearly 30,000 Collier County Residents. She is the co-founder of CSIP, a networking group dedicated to sales professionals in the commercial construction industry.
Cyndee has been practicing martial arts for the past five years, however, her first priority is spending time with her daughter.
