The Areas affected were dated and did not reflect the increasing values of the residential units.

THE SOLUTION

Working with the client and designer’s vision, PBS incorporated high-end materials such as exotic Cristallo Quartzite, backlight custom bubble glass and sleek metal detailing on the columns.

THE PBS ADVANTAGE

We provided the client with the engineering to hold quartzite slab by designing the wood trim with magnets so that wood piece can be removed to allow access to the light panels

Designed the methodology to hold the Custom Bubble Glass Panels.
