The Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida is a regional survey and awards program that identifies and honors top employers throughout the area. This year’s list includes 21 standout companies.
The two-part process includes an evaluation of each organization’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, which makes up 25 percent of the total score. The remaining 75 percent is based on a comprehensive employee survey that measures the overall workplace experience. Combined results determine the final rankings.
To qualify, companies must be in business for at least one year, have operations in Southwest Florida, and employ a minimum of 15 full- or part-time staff in the region.
PBS Contractors was previously recognized as a Best Place to Work in 2022 and 2024. This 2025 recognition reinforces our ongoing efforts to create a workplace where people feel empowered, valued, and inspired to grow both personally and professionally.
