Not only were these dated areas not reflective of this affluent condominium, the elements of this building built in the 70s were in dire need of replacement.

THE SOLUTION

A complete demolition of the lobby, party room and the front entrance, replacing all of it with modern building materials. Saltwater intrusion had damaged the cables bringing power into the building so the complete power service to the building was upgraded.

We provided the client with proper budgets prior to having full construction drawings which this allowed the Board of Directors to move forward with the project architect because as they understood the costs involved and had a great team moving forward.
