This is a commercial plaza that once was dated and in need of a facelift. We created a completely new facade for the building as well as built dormers and constructed a 62 foot tall clock tower making it visible from the S. S. Jolley Bridge. The pedestrian node was built by us as well, creating a presence and shelter for people walking or biking.
