As the owner of PBS Contractors, Russell Budd has built his business the “PBS Way” – 28 Fundamentals which range from “Honor Commitments” to “Listen Generously”. These Fundamentals empower staff members to be the most thoughtful, honest, and effective team possible. Russell’s philosophy of building better lives for those he connects with extends beyond his business endeavors.
Often, PBS hand picks a few community service projects that help build a better life for our community. Recently, we completed a playground for children at First Assembly of Immokalee. Since opening our doors in 1986, we have been invested in Building Better Lives for our Team, for our Clients, and for our Community!
