NAPLES, FLORIDA, NOV. 21, 2023: PBS Contractors begins construction for Spectrum Concierge and Accent Cleaning Services located at 6101 Shirley Street, Naples, Florida. The groundbreaking to mark the commencement of the renovation took place on November 16th. The project is scheduled to be completed in Fall 2024.
The scope of this 6,585-square-foot project will include a break room for employees, a collaboration zone, a conference training room, a laundry facility, private offices, a shared workspace area, and several storage rooms.
“We have been working with Dave and Steph, the owners of Spectrum Concierge and Accent Cleaning Services for a long time to make sure they not only found the right home for their fantastic businesses but that the new facility met all their current and future needs,” says PBS Contractors Senior Relationship Manager, Mario Valle. “We are excited to be a part of their growth and to see just how much of a transformation the building will undergo.”
