PBS Contractors, LLC is accepting resumes in search of an Administrative Assistant, Finance to join our growing team. This position provides support to the Financial area of PBS along with being the first line of contact for vendors and Clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience using a personal computer, office software such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic mail.
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
Anticipate, investigate, and analyze problems and address them proactively.
Ability to collaborate with business partners and Team members.
Exhibit excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, and/or training that provides the required knowledge.
Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, administrative, or in related field.
