PBS CONTRACTORS STARTS CONSTRUCTION AT WATERSIDE CONDOMINIUMS

NAPLES, FLORIDA, AUGUST 15, 2023: PBS Contractors starts the community pool expansion and renovation at Waterside Condominiums, a gated, luxury, high-rise community located on Fort Myers Beach. Waterside features eight high-rise buildings with a mile of frontage on Estero Bay, with sweeping views of the sunrises over Estero Bay and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. 

The scope of work includes a renovation of the pool, expansion of the pool deck, and upgrading the restrooms. The existing pool deck will be replaced, a new enclosure for pool equipment and thermal heaters will be constructed, new pergolas to provide shade to guests, and a cabana kitchen and grill area.
