NAPLES, FLORIDA, February 3, 2021 – PBS Contractors and Champions For Learning broke ground last Friday to mark the start of the construction of the new Frank and Ellen Daveler Center for Innovation in Learning. Board Members for Champions for Learning along with staff and representatives of PBS celebrated this important day with excitement of what is to come.

“The new Frank and Ellen Daveler Center for Innovation in Learning will expand the capacity and opportunities for Champions For Learning to support collaboration and innovation with teachers, students, parents, volunteers and community partners,” explained Susan McManus, President & CEO, Champions For Learning.  “The expansion and renovation of the remainder of the first floor will provide much needed space, technology and enhanced efficiency and will illustrate the entrepreneurial spirit that the Davelers valued.”

In 2016, Champions For Learning purchased the first floor of our office building and PBS helped transform the space into the reception area they have today. This new project includes both an expansion and a renovation and the new Center for Innovation in Learning will provide a collaborative, multi-use space for teachers, students, parents, volunteers and community partners to support one another.

“We have a passion for working with the community. We take pride in Naples and Collier County being our home and have a desire to give back. We stand by our company promise of building better lives for our team, our clients and our community,” says Mario Valle, Senior Relationship Manager with PBS Contractors. “We understand how vitally important the resources are for the students of the community, and are honored to collaborate with the team at Champions For Learning to make it so.”
